Mews Classic PMS Onboarding
What’s included?
The Classic package is designed for customers who prefer a fully self-managed onboarding process.
The customer is responsible for configuring the MEWS system, including settings, rates, and operational setup, as well as training their internal teams. No dedicated Onboarding Manager is assigned to guide or validate the setup.
Access is provided to MEWS University and online resources to support configuration and training. Ongoing support is available through the MEWS Help Center, email, and chat.
This package does not include proactive guidance, configuration support, or go-live assistance.
